Arabella gulped as she felt like she knew where this was going.
"On the day I was summoned when Ella returned to the palace after the attack at Mt. Callion, I sensed the presence of your protection spells on her. Thus, when her parents sought my help regarding her marriage and what to do to stop the monster attacks from becoming often again, I only picked out the envelope when I sensed your presence on it. I felt that such a strong presence would be able to stop the monster's attacks on her."
Just like Arabella's parents, Elder Satara thought it was for the best so Arabella could live without the sudden attacks from monsters especially since she remembered the attack on Mt. Callion.
"However, I did not know that someone as great and mighty as yourself had graced the human realm. I thought only the descendants of the first who ruled had lived on in Valeria," Elder Satara explained.
