The hour was dark and Basileus stood just outside of his ship, his eyes on the skyline a short distance away. From his point of view, he could still see smoke rising from where he had lit the brothel on fire. The colorful city light illuminated it in an eerie way.
Emergency vehicles had been flocking to that area of the city and he wondered if they had contained the fire before it spread to any other part of the building.
Theron walked out of the ship, giving the prince confirmation that they were ready to go.
He gave a sigh as he walked up the ramp and into the ship. He was tired but his mind remained determined. Despite limits to his physical being, his thoughts continued racing and he knew he wouldn't be able to settle down so easily.
Moving the women into the spaceship took a couple of hours and by the time they were fueled up and ready for takeoff, it was well into the night.
