For nearly a month, the empress and future emperor fell out of any kind of routine. The state of the empire was up in the air while they fleshed out the details together and finished rebuilding projects along with their wedding.
It was nice to have Theron and Solana there to help them again, but every other decision was up to Basileus and Varya considering the groundwork they laid out would be the path on which their rule started.
Not only was Basileus becoming the emperor, but he was joining the Ptoman and Basilian empires together. Since the Ptomans were completely extinct, there was no reason to keep that name any longer.
Varya would finally use her real name along with gaining the title of queen of the Basilians as well as maintaining her title of empress. Basileus would be the king of the Basilians and gain the emperor title as well. Their son was still a prince and heir to all of the above thrones.
