Sage's frown fell and she stared at him in disbelief.
'What is the matter with him?' She grunted in frustration as she asked her thoughts. His words made her chest tighten, made her wonder if she truly carried him in her heart and why it bothered him whether she did or not. It wasn't the first time he had said something like that, which meant that he was obviously bothered.
"You know what, I have lost my appetite." She grumbled and turned away.
Cyrus scoffed maintaining his sinister smile and grabbed her arm making her halt.
Sage closed her eyes letting out an exasperated sigh. "Let go of me."
"Eat. I won't talk about about it again." He suddenly said, his voice calm. "I know you haven't lost your appetite parrot,"
He let go of her arm, and she sat down right away.
Cyrus sat down, his gaze fixed on her, and his lips curved into a smile that brought out his dimples. "You haven't cried in a while, parrot,"
