We were having breakfast the next day, discussing the things that were left to do from our list of wedding preparations.
I was impressed by how many things we had already done. But the most amazing part of all this was that I had every person I loved with me!
As it was a Sunday, Christine too joined us for the breakfast. I made sure to call Steve, and he arrived at the given time from his uncle's place.
We girls were discussing about our salon appointment when Devon's voice fell on our ears.
"Steve"
The young man had pancakes stuffed in his mouth, but as soon as Devon's call was heard, his head snapped up to look at him at the lightning speed.
He instantly looked nervous, and I hoped he wouldn't choke on the food in his mouth.
I had never seen Devon talking directly to Steve. So it was a surprise for all of us.
