Treading into the Sanders' villa, it didn't take long for Ortiz to find Madison sitting on one of the balconies staring at the vastly spread property around with unruly thoughts running through her mind.
She was so engrossed in her own world that she didn't notice another appearance by her side until Ortiz placed his hand on her shoulder.
She startled, blinking rapidly before turning her head toward him. Her face relaxed once she saw Ortiz's familiar face but not only a couple of moments later, she was scowling at him with displeasure.
"Ortiz? What are you doing here?" She asked not so welcomingly.
Ortiz chuckled, not at all offended by her rude tone.
"What? Am I not welcome in my second home anymore? I am not your smitten husband to take your tantrums, Maddie."
He didn't need to tell her to take a seat across him with a coffee table between them. His playful smirk only fueled Madison's anger.
"Don't call me Maddie!" She hissed like a wounded cobra.
