Nolan's words hit Ortiz hard. He didn't know what to make out of this situation. He had handled many tricky things in his life but never had he faced something so complicated, confusing and dangerous.
After a long pause, Nolan finally asked what he intended to ask for long time.
"What happened twenty one years ago, Mr Ortiz? What happened at Rodriguez Chemicals?"
Ortiz clenched his fists. "You know what happened then. Why are you questioning me like this?" He sounded angry.
"Yes, I know what the world knows but seems like these serial killers knows more that you are trying to hide."
Nolan had always been blunt with his words. He didn't care who he was talking with or what the situation was. He just spoke his mind fearlessly. And in situations like these, Ortiz hated his bluntness more than how annoying and childish he could be.
"I have nothing to hide!" Ortiz greeted his teeth.
