Madison grabbed my arm and spun me around to face her. She was fuming in anger, to say the least.
"So is that the reason for your hatred toward Victor, Elena? I have heard you saying that to Victor with my own ears!
I didn't mention it thinking you are just angry because we are not accepting you in this family. But I had never thought about you were living with us under the same roof with such poison in your heart.
Victor did everything he could, Elena! I am sorry about your mom, but Victor has nothing to do with her death!"
I had enough of this family's nonsense. I pulled away my hand from hers and glared at her.
"Why don't you look into his eyes and ask him the same thing? Ask him if he indeed did everything he could to help those people.
Ask him if he indeed funded the hospital enough to get the essential facilities. If the hospital had enough facilities, medicines and equipment, none of them would have died! NONE!!" I yelled, unable to control myself.
