The purpose of this secret experiment was to eliminate the side-effects of AX–03 and turn it into a miracle drug which could boost an Alpha's prowess, thus creating mutated Alphas whose capability was twice as terrifying as superior Alphas. However, the children he had seen earlier were either Omegas or those who had not manifested yet, and there was not a single mutated Alpha among them!
This was extremely shocking and unbelievable because in the previous secret facilities he had raided, there were always one or two mutated Alphas at the very least!
