Chapter 279 - Preparing For the Noble (1)

Like I had yesterday, I hitched a ride on a merchants cart in exchange for some basic services, which involved wrapping my tits around the Rabbitkin's virile cock and massaging her plump testicles until she came all over me, bathing me in semen.

The plot wasn't too far from the road, so after licking her clean I got off of the cart and made my way back to my new home, feeling satisfied with everything that happened over the last day.

My body was satisfied, my mind was content, and I was feeling good about everything going forwards to a large degree.

There would always be some small hiccups here and there but I was holding out hope that everything would go well regarding that second plot, since I could certainly make use of the extra land to make some more money and get more resources for myself.

I had a lot in mind for that smaller plot, and I was hoping that the Noble wouldn't be an insufferable bitch to deal with, since I was not planning on bringing out my magic against her to try and influence anything; even what I did with Trabyia was a risk, but it was one that I was willing to play because of how subtle the Hexes were.

That, and I knew that there were few people with the ability to utilize magic walking around, meaning I had free rein with commoners or normal people regarding my magics, but less so with those in higher places...

So, as I returned to the cluster of carts and tents overlooking the calm Potaam River, I grinned as I welcomed the warm embraces of Aka and Ehretia as their Dama's handed them to me, the two children nuzzling into my chest and remaining close as I held them.

Rhefia smiled wryly as she gestured to Ehretia, who was burrowing her face into my chest and refusing to look at anyone, saying "She wasn't... too happy that you were gone last night. Made a bit of a fuss before she eventually fell asleep because of how tired she was..."

Sari chuckled, glancing at Rhefia as she said "Aka was always looking around for Astra too. Seems like they're both rather attached to their Mother."

I smiled as I leaned down and kissed their heads, with Rhefia taking the veil from my face and tucking it into my hand so that I could do so without the piece of cloth separating us.

Aka's ears twitched as I kissed her head, the little kit looking up at me with her red eyes and resting her cheek against my breast, while Ehretia continued to cling close to me, her small body firmly wrapped around mine as best as she could.

Keeping them close, I gave Rhefia and Sari a deep kiss as I said "I'm home...", which made the two grin back at me as they pulled me into their embraces, their hands comforting as they held my waist... before going lower.

Rolling my eyes, I just kissed them again before slipping free and making my way over to the camp, where I gave my other daughters a kiss, as well as Yiksa and Prixisia.

I took a seat beside the fire and smiled at Heila, who placed a bowl of stew in front of me, large chunks of venison floating around in the thick broth.

Aka and Ehretia rested against my chest as I leaned against a crate and took up the offered lunch, beginning to eat as I waited for everyone to gather around.

"Trabyia said that this plot is ours for the price we paid, but the second one, down by the end of the Potaam? Not ours just yet. The Queen and her advisors were willing to sell it for the price we offered, but only if one of said advisors came and interviewed me about what I wanted to use the plot of land for.

According to Trabyia, this is going to be a Noble, so Rhefia, you'll need to hide away during her visit. Besides that, the Noble is definitely going to be someone important, so be on your best behaviors, alright? I don't want to make any enemies after purchasing land here.

Now, as for our plans regarding that plot, I had a main idea that I wanted to try. You know how that plot is just a stones throw away from the main road? I wanted to set up a stall or small store to sell produce and foodstuffs. Something manageable and quaint. It could be a stall - like I said - or we could put it in the cabin that I wanted to build on that portion of the land. As for the rest of the land, I was thinking an orchard and small swathe of wheat or something easy to grow that could withstand some sparse attentions."

Kalia nodded beside me as she glanced towards the cart, which had her various seeds stored away in her own crates.

"Wheat could work, especially if I visit it once or twice a day. Corn too, I think. As for the cabin, that would be a nice relaxing spot away from... well, everyone."

She smiled wryly as she scratched her cheek, making the rest of us chuckle as we nodded.

"That was why I wanted the cabin there. A retreat spot for us to go to whenever we want a moment to ourselves, or to spend a night with someone in a more intimate atmosphere. Of course, that could all go down the drain depending on the Queen's advisor, so... we need to start planning out what to do when she comes tomorrow. For now though, I want to plan out everything for this plot, meaning we need to get sections and locations marked out for certain things, alright?"

I looked around the fire and saw everyone nod at me, understanding that this was to be the start of OUR space, a space for this family to live and thrive however we wanted...

To do so, we needed to maximize the space we had and use it wisely, so after we finished eating our meals, we got to discussing what each of us wanted to have, and what we needed to have.
