"Where have you been?!" Cane barked at Will when he saw him.
Aderan missed their assembly and caused trouble, and now what kind of trouble did Will bring to him by returning so late?!
Cane was not in his right mind now. There was a lot of rage and resentment that he was trying to hold back, so he wouldn't inflict more damage. He suppressed those feelings, but he felt like he was going to explode anytime soon.
On the other hand, Will didn't even flinch when he replied. "I am sorry, I am late."
Cane narrowed his eyes and saw the blood that stained his clothes. It was the blood from when Princess Osana slapped him and clawed him in the process. Seeing that peculiar thing, the Alpha closed his eyes and tried to rein in his emotions.
A sight of blood would never be a good thing.
"Leave us," Cane said to Aderan, he was done with him and now, he needed to face another one.
