Iris was dozing off when Haco came into the study room, she insisted she would be there with Cane and returned to their bedroom together.
Even though, Sofia was no longer occupied her bedroom, she felt uncomfortable to sleep on the same bed that the other woman had used. More so, because she used to sleep with Cane by her side, thus it felt so weird and empty without him to hold her.
Therefore, it didn't take long for her to sneak into Cane's bed and slept there, the alpha of course knew when his mate came and snuggled against him. He didn't have any complain and cuddled with her instead.
After that, it was an unspoken decision that Iris wouldn't use her bedroom, even though the bar had been torn down and she could come and go between the two rooms, but she simply didn't bother to stay in her side.
