Leila raised her gaze briefly to have a look at Nolan, who was smiling as he walked closer to her, but she did not stop filling her glass cup. When she was done, she capped the bottle and placed it back on the counter.
With her gaze glued to Nolan's eyes, she gulped down the entire content with not a single smile evident on her face. She slammed the cup on the counter before dropping her gaze.
"Never saw you as a drinker," Nolan said as he took a seat across from her, glancing at the empty bottles of wine on the side of the counter
Leila only glanced at him but said nothing. She turned to the wine bottle that was about to be empty. She grabbed it, but before she could pour out the content, Nolan grabbed her cup, prompting a glare from her.
"What?" he shrugged
"I think you have taken more than enough. Moreover, if you wanted to drink, there is a much better place to do it" he added
