Chen Xi always hated his background with a passion. He was born the son of a president and he carried the title on his back wherever he went. 

His father was tyrannical and this was one of the reasons why he allowed his mother to conduct all those tests on him when he was still young. 

Chen Xi grew up with great physical and mental attributes. He was a lethal weapon his parents stored in case of an emergency. His parents did not care at all whether he would die during the experiments. All they cared about was its success. 

If he died, another would quickly replace him. 

Chen Xi's childhood was marked by a sense of abandonment and exploitation. He felt like a pawn in his parents' game, merely a tool to be used for their own purposes.

The experiments he was subjected to by his mother further reinforced this notion, as he was treated as a disposable asset rather than a cherished child.
