Shen Nianzu's mind was in turmoil, and thus he failed to notice it when the sparkles in the silver-haired child dimmed with each second without his response, and his lips began to wobble precariously. Tears welled up in his eyes, prompting his black-haired brother to extend a chubby arm in front of him as if trying to shield him from sight, all the while casting an accusing glare at Shen Nianzu. Despite his strong façade, his own eyes also reddened, looking as if he was on the verge of tears.
"B–Brother…" the silver-haired child sniffled and tugged on the other's sleeves as though seeking comfort.
Only then did Shen Nianzu snap out of his reverie. Torn between laughter and tears, he quickly answered to appease the two, "Yes, yes, you can have it. I think… it's your name to begin with." He crouched down to their eye-level and chuckled in mirth, "Why are you two such little crybabies?"
