The twisted smirk on Paula's face slowly faded the more she listened to Heaven's gloating. The latter didn't stop talking and Heaven didn't show any sign she wanted to stop.
"I see..." Paula's lips quivered, forcing a smile, but failed miserably. "Well, if that's the case, then that's good. I worried about nothing."
"Yeah..." Heaven cleared her throat. "Anyway, are you okay now?"
"Huh?"
"You said you and that pervert broke up. Are you okay?"
"Ah... yes. Of course, why wouldn't I be? I was the one who dumped him."
"Oh..."
"Anyway, I'll hang up now."
"Wait!" Paula raised her brows, stopping herself from hanging up the phone as Heaven spoke. "When are you coming back to the set?"
"Ah, about that." Paula bit her bottom lip as she pondered about it. "Soon. I'll just have to settle some other things, but I will be back very soon."
"Really?"
"Yes."
"Okay."
