Chapter 8 - CHAPTER 8: SINAZOLENGWE

Hearing this, the saleslady swiftly withdrew and went into the office, emerging later with a package containing a new and sealed phone.

All Avita had to do was present her national ID to the salesperson in order for the phone to be registered in her name.

Lucilla's move surprised her because she hadn't expected her to buy her such an expensive phone. She'll have to roam around with pepper spray to ward off robbers with a phone like this.

Lucilla purchased the phone and escorted Avita out of the store. Avita was zoning out while holding the bag containing the phone.

Lucilla didn't spend much time at the shopping mall and only went to three more stores, where she bought a few dresses and cosmetics worth thousands of Drynis.

After finishing their preparations, Lucilla and Avita exited the shopping, and Lucilla drove to the airport, where the rest of the group awaited them.

The girls were flying on a private plane owned by Lucilla's family for this trip, and Avita was astonished to learn that there would be five of them.

Lucilla's network of friends was small, but her pals appeared to be devoted.

Avita recognized several of these pals; after all, they were involved in the prank a few months before. As a result, their features are so strongly engraved in her mind that she will find it difficult to forget them.

The girls arrived at the airport after thirty minutes of driving. Lucilla took Avita to the gate used by private plane passengers.

"Simply relax. Everything will be alright!" Lucilla reassured Avita, who appeared to be anxious.

"Okay, I hope so!"

She didn't want any problems. She just wanted to have fun and enjoy the holiday before going back to work, where she would be swamped with work.

The immigration officers scrutinized Avita and Lucilla's passports before letting them pass.

Avita's possession of a valid passport was quite normal. She spent two years studying abroad in Azia before returning to Oshua as a transfer student to finish her education.

Three girls were conversing happily and drinking orange juice in a Dassault Falcon 2000 private plane while waiting for their best friend.

"Do you think we can get along with that poor girl?"

"Umphh, for Luci's sake, we must, or Luci will undoubtedly flare up!"

"I'm curious about what makes that girl so special."

"Do you think Luci will be thinking about her all the time if it wasn't because she nearly died back then?"

"Alas, never bring that up when Luci is around. That night, we went too far!"

"Fine, I'll try my hardest to get along with her just because of that accident!"

"Oh, they've arrived!"

The girls instantly stretched their necks to gaze at Lucilla and Avita, who were conversing on their way to the plane.

Avita was no longer dressed in the shabby clothing she wore when she went out but in a stunning flowery dress with flat shoes that matched her handbag, which her lover had purchased for her as a present.

The rest of the purchases were made in the purse, which was rather large and could hold a lot of items.

"Here we are!" As she ascended the jet stairs, Lucilla exclaimed.

"We have arrived!"

The life of the wealthy should never be underestimated.

When they got inside the plane, Avita came face to face with people she will never forget.

"You guys are finally here!" Beauty cried joyfully as soon as the two entered.

"Yes, we are here. You all know Avita, right?"

"Yes, we do."

"Welcome, Avita!"

"Looking forward to having fun with you this weekend."

"The pleasure is also mine. Let's have a good time!"

Lucilla was relieved to see that everyone was making an effort to be harmonious with one another.

With the remaining two girls present, everyone took their seats, and the jet took off into the clear skies.

She didn't know where she was heading until she was getting her documents examined at the airport. The girls were on their way to Sinazolengwe, a northern Afreekan country.

This journey was going to take them roughly seven hours, so there was going to be a lot of time spent in a cramped place with people who didn't get along.

Fortunately, with Lucilla in the middle, the flight went smoothly, and Avita learned more about these girls, which improved her feelings for them.

Someone could question how the two met since they live on opposite sides of the world.

When Avita was eighteen, she traveled to Azia to study in the country of Nanjiang and the important city of Uipo.

She went to Nanjiang as a Software Engineering student, but after two years, she realized that her talents in that area weren't so great.

Her scholarship was canceled, so she applied for a transfer back to Oshua, where she was accepted into a university in Wakothanie to study CIMA. Luckily, as a professional course, she completed the degree in two years rather than four.

She met Lucilla at Uipo University, where she was an upperclassman majoring in Business Management, and they met several times and clashed a little.

Lucilla returned to Oshua after graduation and launched a magnificent boutique specializing in high-end apparel brands. The girl even has her own fashion line, which was doing well.

After a long separation, they eventually reconnected a few months ago, when things went awry and Avita almost met her mysterious ancestors.

Their fate was absolutely bizarre, and the girls were astounded to learn about these two’s past.

The plane took off from Wakothanie at ten o'clock in the morning and landed in Sinazolengwe around four o'clock in the afternoon. And this was due to differing time zones, with Sinazolengwe being one hour behind Oshua.

The flight wasn't as exhausting as she expected, which could be attributed to how much fun the five of them were having instead of fighting like toddlers.

'I'm curious to see what surprises this place has in store for me!'

Lucilla had already prepared everything upon her arrival, so the girls didn't have to rush around helplessly while the guys assigned to Lucilla dealt with everything.

Avita gazed out the window as she was driven to this unknown location.

The girls traveled on their outing to Ghabina, one of Sinazolengwe's biggest and famous cities.
