There was a light tap at her bedroom door, and Faye heard a slight creak as it slowly opened.
When she surveyed the doorway, she caught sight of Hildie. Right behind her, she spotted the twin mages, their unmistakable silver hair shimmering in the sunlight.
Her lips curled into a gentle smile as she noticed all of them eagerly anticipating her permission to enter.
Faye signaled with a hand gesture for them to approach.
"Your Grace, how are you feeling today?" Hildie asked anxiously, placing a hand on Faye's forehead, checking for fever.
"You can stop fussing," Faye huffed in annoyance. "I am fine."
Hildie turned and stared at the two mages in shocked silence. She uttered in aggravation, "Fine she says, and don't worry…! This coming from the woman who has been unresponsive for the last four days."
Kylek raised his brow at Faye's remark, and Kalandra frowned.
