[Alepsia's POV:]

'Isn't my Adam so cool?!!'

Is what I was going to say but…

" Just who is he?" Valencia asked the same question, which was going through the minds of those present here.

Even I, who had been watching him for the longest time here, did not know what to make of it.

" Alepsia?" Zora asked with her eyes concentrated on me, waiting for me to explain but…

" I have nothing to say… even I don't know what to say," I answered honestly, making them narrow their eyes at me for a few seconds.

Rather than bombarding me with questions, they focused on the screen on the table at the center from where we saw 'Wesker', 'Adam' and 'Morpheus' walking towards the forest where almost all of them were still in shock.

" To think he would come back unscathed from the presence of a Hell Guardian," Freya was mesmerized by that fact as she repeated it for the third time in a row now.

" That's not all. No one died… not a single person from the city was even as much as scratched," Valencia spoke out, gulping a little. Her eyes didn't move away from the screen.

It was true. As the Goddess of War, she had the ability to assess the casualty in a battle within a second. And if she is saying that nobody was harmed, then it was true.

" The forest wasn't harmed either… and neither was the city. Except for minor basic damage," Freya added as she looked at the 'three' of them reaching the people in the city.

" Hmmm… this makes things a bit more complex with me. Sorry Alepsia, I will break my promise. I am going to meet him," Zora spoke out, her decision making me turn at her.

My eyes widened at her words. Though before I could refute, she added,

" But I won't be doing that right now. Only when he enters the Witch Town. And I am not doing it because I want to harm him. Although he seems dangerous… He piqued my interest."

Ah! So she won't cause any trouble for him? That's kind of fine, I guess? But…

" What exactly are you planning?" Valencia asked what was on my mind.

" Probably for a way to break the curses placed on the witches," it was Freya who answered that, making Zora smile as she turned to her.

" Aren't you thinking of something similar?"

Freya chuckled as she looked back at Zora," who knows?"

" Wait! Wait! Wait! What is this all about? Why are you meeting him? And you too, Freya?!!" I shouted as I looked at both of them.

While I wasn't worried about them harming him… but based on their expression… It was bad. I must do something or else… They might sway away Adam… Not good. Not good at all.

" Is there any problem with that?" Zora asked in slight confusion as she looked at me.

" Of course there is! You know how he could be a bad guy or something? There was even a Hell Guardian there-" I tried to make them not do anything in regards to Adam.

Though it was only backfiring, as I could see it on their faces.

" It's all right, Alepsia. You are the one who said that he is a kind soul," Zora laughed a little.

" He saved over a thousand people in a city that was doomed to die," Freya added with a similar smile.

" He then solved the problem with that Ghost World too," Zora recounted the events that I told her before.

" And the fact that he didn't let even a single person get sacrificed. I doubt he is a bad guy," laughed Freya as she stood up. I could see a smirk plastered on her face.

All these things, except the last one, were narrated to them by me.

Initially, they were going to interfere with Adam as soon as he entered the Border Town, but after my constant persuasion, they decided to wait and watch.

'To think they would now try to start a connection with the same person they thought of as a threat… sigh… Should I be happy or sad about it?' I thought as I looked kind of helpless in this situation.

-Pat! Pat!

" Hey!" Valencia hit my head slightly, making me turn at her with an irritated expression.

" Isn't this still better than them being cautious of him all the time? Now he can enter the Witches' World as well as the Forest Nation, with little trouble. The Goddesses themselves would watch over him," Valencia consoled me with a slight pitiful smile.

" But… but…"

I knew she was right… but still. I kind of didn't like the thought of him interacting with another Goddess.

" All right. Stand up now. It's not just Freya and Zora. You and I are going to meet him as well. No matter how you see it, Border Town is a part of our kingdom. He saved it, so at least we should reward him." Valencia had a little flare in her eyes.

'Our? Wasn't this my Kingdom of Light?' I thought, but didn't say it out loud. After all, Valencia had that flare of fight in her eyes.

'She was going to ask him for a fight, wasn't she?' I sighed on the inside before nodding and then looking back at the screen on which Adam had reached someone.

The first person they reached were Nvida and Trisha, the High Elf.

At a distance, the dark mages were also reaching him, and the witches, though a bit far, were walking towards him as well.

And last, the elves they walked towards the area where everyone was walking without having much thought of their own.

" Huh? She is also here? This would be interesting," Valencia spoke out of nowhere, piquing my interest as I looked where she was focusing.

" Ah! I thought she might come… seems like I was right on the money," I smiled as I thought this was going to be a bit more interesting than before.
