"Let's do that then. Once, you printed all the copies, hand them to James. He will have it bound for us. Just remove the suggestions part since it would only be for us," Matthew concluded.
After all, they cannot let other people know about their plans without a comprehensive project proposal for it yet. And most especially, those were just Loreen's suggestions. There was no concrete plan yet. She doesn't even know if they would agree to her suggestion or reject it.
