While waiting for Josh to respond, Paul went directly to his office.
He also greeted Naya with a good morning. The lady smiled and greeted him too.
He sensed though that Naya was feeling weird, but he felt weird too. He just ignored it and went directly to Krizel
He needed an update on Josh.
"How is he?" asked Josh as he approached the table of Krizel.
Krizel looked at Paul with a confused face. She even raised her one eyebrow and said, "Who's he?"
Paul looked at him frankly and said, "Josh?"
Krizel smiled and said, "He's fine. Why?"
"He texted me he'll not make it this day. I just wonder why he suddenly said that. He only files leave when it's an emergency," Paul answered.
Krizel suddenly felt guilty. Josh texted him before 5 in the morning and she forgot to respond to him.
She suddenly grabbed her phone to check if her boyfriend messaged but she also wondered why he had no more messages.
