Chapter 44: Acceptance
"I hope tomorrow would be good day."
After all her reflections, Loreen slept so soundly for the first time in a long while.

"I feel so energized," Loreen woke up early.
She prepared and went to work as usual, but with more vigor.
Loreen realized that despite all the anger and hatred she was directing at Edric, deep inside her, she still longed to be with him again.
That he would apologize to her and ask her to return to his side as his wife.
But after seeing Edric yesterday and he only asked her to sign the alimony documents so the divorce papers would be finalized, she realized there was no use waiting.
Edric probably only wanted to end things cleanly which was why he went so far as follow her here.
