Snowball's little face scrunched up adorably in annoyance as his sensitive ears twitched, the loud commotion stirring him out of slumber. His eyes cracked open reluctantly to reveal a pair of bright blue irises, squinting when sunlight poured in through the curtains.
"Sssshhh...it's alright, Snowy..." Isabelle whispered softly, gently patting her fluffy baby kitten on the head and letting him curl up more comfortably against her chest.
Snowball closed his eyes once more and huffed in understanding before falling asleep again.
He really liked his spot against her bosom, and so he clung tightly onto Isabelle's blouse.
She smiled patiently at Tenshi, who had knocked over the vase on the table while trying to set it up for breakfast. Luckily he hadn't broken it, but the clatter had woken the now grumpy little kitten.
