Octavian continued his previous statement after a moment. "...Prince Caleb is indeed a political powerhouse, but as I said he's an enigma. His influence remains in the shadows, manipulating things from out of sight with frightening precision."
Octavian shrugged, lips quirking up in a disinterested grimace. "Or so the rumors say, anyway. As he does it behind the scenes it could all just be conspiracy peddling and rumors. I don't have very much personal experience with him myself."
The handsome prince nevertheless nodded along with himself and crossed his arms as he contemplated the matter before adding, "Although...if those rumors are to believed, he is someone you can't underestimate, even if he chooses to let his sister lead during the negotiations themselves."
Isabelle sighed softly, cradling Snowball as the fluffy kitten wiggled around on the bed, snuggling up to her and batting his paws playfully at her fingers.
