Chase Black finally came home after the dinner had gone cold.

Smack! He tossed a divorce agreement before Hazel.

"Your sister is back, and I have promised her that she would be the only Mrs. Black in her lifetime.Hazel, it's time to sign the agreement."

"We are getting a divorce." Since Hazel's step sister had returned back to the country one month ago, Hazel expected this to happen eventually.

Still, she looked up at him and asked bitterly, "You still don't believe me?" Chase sneered and said, "You have always been a greedy and vain woman. Why should I believe you? Hazel, don't make me repeat it again."

"Sign the agreement, and this 100 million dollars is yours."

"This is my parting gift to you!" Ha… Hazel's eyes flashed with mockery.

She picked up the divorce agreement he threw at her and saw that he had already signed at his signature block.

With that, Hazel's marriage of three years came to an end, and she found herself free.

Then, Hazel returned the divorce agreement to Chase and said indifferently, "Give me an hour.I will pack my things and leave." Chase pursed his lips and glared at her.

An hour later, Hazel came downstairs and found that Chase had already left.

Then, she breathed in and accepted that her three years of love had been wasted.

In a hospital.

She had been feeling a bit off lately, experiencing some unusual symptoms like fatigue and frequent trips to the bathroom. Hazel decided to visit her doctor for a routine check-up. As she sat in the doctor's office, she mentioned her symptoms in passing, thinking they were just a result of the stress from the divorce. The doctor, being thorough and attentive, decided to do a few additional tests, just to be sure.

A few days later, Hazel received a call from the doctor. She was asked to come into the office for the results. Nervous but curious, she made her way to the doctor room.

"Congratulations, Ms. Haynes, you are pregnant with twins. But I suggest there will be too many at risk because of your condition!"
