After a while, Chase changed the topic once again, his tone becoming softer. "Name your conditions! What do I have to do to make you give birth to this child?"
"I, Chase, am not the type to shirk responsibility. Since you're pregnant with my child, I won't evade the obligations that come with it!"
"You don't have to shoulder the burden!" Hazel helplessly responded.
He had shattered her life into pieces, but now she didn't care anymore.
Hazel was never one for theatrics. She wouldn't make a fuss about such matters, let alone cry and beg for responsibility!
Chase's expression shifted. "No, you can be heartless towards the child, but I can't!"
Hazel sneered, anger filling her.
"Chase, you already have enough kids. Why are you so determined to make me have another one?"
"I've already given birth to three children for you. And now Lyra is pregnant, expecting twins!"
"You should focus your energy and attention on her!"
