Keira and Lewis immediately turned to look at her.
Keira asked, "Do you know something?"
Lewis also said, "Grandma, what exactly is going on?"
Old Mrs. Horton glanced at the two of them and then out the window, making a mysterious air about her.
Then she lowered her voice and said, "Could my granddaughter-in-law have multiple personalities? But usually, the secondary personality doesn't come out because the primary personality suppresses it, so she forgets about this after the fact!"
Keira became speechless.
So did Lewis.
Old Mrs. Horton just went on. "I've read many novels and watched TV shows, and many protagonists have this condition. There's even one story where the male lead has many personalities! That female lead marries one man, yet it's as if she married several, a real-life version of polyandry. How exhilarating!"
Keira didn't know what to say.
