Tang Mo'er was restraining the golden retriever with one hand and tugging her skirt from its mouth with the other hand.
She was about to retrieve her skirt and rejoice in her accomplishment, when the golden retriever exerted its strength and pulled the skirt away from her with a forceful bite that almost ripped her skirt off.
Why was this happening to her?
