I follow the wolf and even though I am so sure that this is Jabi's wolf. I don't want to just jump in and believe it, just from seeing it. I need to make sure. The sky is already dark and I feel scared that this is just another trick. My hopes are way up but I am worried, that I will be disappointed.
His wolf peers at me from a tree and I see his eyes as they shine under the dark sky. My heart races as I move close to the tree and he doesn't run away. He stands still, looking at me, watching me, before he lies down and rolls out his back. I kneel down and stroke his fur and he thumps his tail at me and purrs and his eyes close. And now I am sure that it is Jabi...
I don't even know what this means, I don't know how this is even possible. My hands touch his fur and I feel everything I am supposed to feel. There is something missing. Like a part of him is not here.
