I am being honest and I am pissed. It is one thing to be afraid but it is another thing to want to bail. Rex is bailing on us right now and I am not going to act like I am okay about it because I am not. I will not agree to him going back home. I will not agree to him walking out on us.
"Do you think that was easy for him? Why don't you just think about this from his side of things?" Blue asks me.
We are outside the room. Rex is packing his things. I hate that he is leaving. I don't want him to leave us right now. So sue me for reacting this way.
"What side of things? Do you think I wasn't fucking scared in that memory? I saw the things that she is capable of. Do you think I don't want to just go back home,'' he is trying to whisper but he is failing badly. I don't know why he is this upset.
