In one of the VVIP reserved dining rooms of the Jade Hotel, a woman in her mid 40s was sitting there wearing an elegant white dress and was waiting for someone while taking a sip of her chamomile tea.
The lady, whose silky black hair was styled in an updo, and was wearing a red lipstick that complimented her white complexion, smiled when she heard the door of the room opening.
"You're here?" She raised her head as she looked at the person, whom she was waiting for.
" Mom! What are you doing here? You didn't even tell me that you're back in the country." Jia Fei said in surprise to see her mother, whom she hadn't seen since Jiang Yue's funeral.
After her Mother moved abroad, she barely gets to see her because of her work commitments.
