"No… The monster didn't hurt me… The monster didn't break my heart… I am that monster." Min Jun declared making Young Jae panic internally one more time.
'Shut up Young Jae you are just making mess… No wonder Kim Shin never always called him 'people repellent' and always handled human interaction' Young Jae couldn't help but berate himself.
"Don't sulk. You didn't say anything wrong" Min Jun attempted to comfort.
Young Jae nods his head, hesitantly.
"If you don't believe me, we can stop here. It's totally fine. After all, even I knew that I am a monster" a faint voice assured him.
"If you know you are one, then why don't you change?" Young Jae asked only to regret.
'God! Where is my mouth filter when I need it the most? Usually, I don't find words… but why do I need to find filter with him' Young Jae screamed at himself inside the head.
A laugh he heard pulled Young Jae out of his thoughts.
"I assume you still want to listen and help me…" Min Jun ignored Young Jae's comment majorly because he found truth in it rather than being offended.
"I do want to change… I really want to… But I don't know how…" Min Jun responded.
"The number of guys I fucked was no joke. I never felt any love towards them. So it never bothered me. Also, I don't force myself on anyone. It was always mutual… but…" Min Jun.
"But?"
"Things changed when I met Henry in Germany. He was sweet and Nice. Both of us were no looking for a commitment but don't mind sex. So we ended up being friends with benefits" Min Jun waited for Young Jae to grasp everything.
Young Jae didn't expect any of these things. First of all, Min Jun was gay. Then finding out he was a 'monster' who played around. Someone who was a playboy who had sex with anyone who agreed. And now he had friends with benefits. It was way too much information to process in a short time.
Young Jae was surprised. He was not innocent. But that doesn't mean he was open to the idea of having multiple random sex partners and friends with benefits.
Young Jae was speechless even to comment.
But he was indeed displeased. It was visible on his face irrespective of half of it being hidden.
"Young Jae Hyung, let it be. It is not important. Why don't you go to bed? I have to respond to a couple of messages from my friends. I will sleep after that." Min Jun decided to put an end to Young Jae's displeasure of hearing his heart out. He was sure Young Jae was uncomfortable.
Min Jun knew the Moon family's lifestyle. Most of the upper-class family have the same issue. They had too many rules and had to be careful all the time. Even a small issue of their family would be blown out of proportion by media. Judgement from society and the media's hunger for scandal made them cautious to way too many things. They became way more narrow-minded in the name of being conservative.
With that thought, Min Jun helped Young Jea to bed.
Curiosity gnawed Young Jae's chest as self-disappointment washed over him.
'Min Jun knew he was wrong. He wanted to change it. But he just didn't know-how. I shouldn't judge him. I should help him.' Young Jae told himself.
A constant beep of the phone and could be heard in the next bed.
Min Jun was really talking with his friends from Germany.
"Wang Min Jun… I didn't mean to judge you. I am sorry. At least now you knew what you did was wrong and want to change. I am sorry. I shouldn't have…" even before Young Jae finishes his statement, Min Jun cut him off.
"I was not wrong. I didn't do anything wrong." Min Jun stated.
Young Jae was lost. 'Audacity of this guy to believe he was right…' He cursed in his heart.
"I had sex with consent. All of them knew there would be no feelings involved in a one-night stand or between fuck buddies. The unsaid worldwide rule of the one-night stand is no feelings and no follow up. The unsaid rule of fuck buddies is no feelings attached. When any of them had feelings, I broke things off right away. I was inconsiderate here. I was unfair to them, but I had to. Or else they will have false hope." Min Jun spoke.
