"I'll have it checked out," Raymond went ahead to talk to the inn owner. They both were seen having a heated argument.
Dote grabbed Eloise's hand tightly. "Miss what will we do? The ship is far away. Its daybreak no carriages will be available. We are left homeless." She started to tear up.
Eloise rolled her eyes. "Shh you. His must be just a misunderstanding."
Raymond came to them with a frowning face. "Apparently the owner was not even here ten minutes ago. he had gone out monetarily. The ones you met must have been a con artist. Let's try to talk to the guards about this. Eloise, you stay here with your maid. I'll get his sorted out."
"Wait! I'll talk to them," Fred grabbed his hand and pulled Raymond in. "miss Eloise seems to be startled why don't you stay here,"
Raymond gazed out at the brightening sky with a deep frown. "Please make sure to get this sorted out soon,"
Mister Fred tipped his hat and walked out.
