Qie Xieling feared that Jolie would reveal things that shouldn't be known so he picked up the couch cushion and threw it at Jolie but it passed through like she was a ghost.
"Oh, how rude," she said before her eyes widened. She pointed at Luo Muchen before speaking in Qie Xieling's mind.
'Why didn't you tell me he was here?'
'I tried to tell you but you kept yapping,' he replied and Jolie put on a fake smile before saying,
"My apologies. I thought it was someone else," she tried to play the entire incident as a case of mistaken identity but Luo Muchen wasn't stupid. These two knew each other.
"Well, that's good then. What are you?" asked Qie Xieling but he wasn't fooling anyone.
"We can talk about it later... I am tired," she said before running into the box to hide.
