He smiled shaking my hand, "alright then."
As we finished dinner we slowly got to know each other better and talk more openly, he told me about how he started his career and how he barely believed in his skills.
He wasn't much passionate about cooking then because his parents forced him to work in their restaurant but as years passed he understood how much he loved cooking and baking and that's when he decided he wanted to keep working with them.
Unfortunately, their restaurant didn't go so well because he lived in a little city and didn't have many clients.
He moved here and started to work as a dishwasher before even being considered as a potential assistant to the chef.
He had a long way to go before reaching the position he was in, I wish I would have bought more from him after hearing that.
