Gravel crunching underfoot, Aribelle wobbled uneasily around a bend in the garden path. Swerving past a full and bushy hedge as they played, the grounds of the Castle seemed caught in a state of eternal evergreen now that she had recovered. The chilly breath of late autumn, breathing down her neck Aribelle left little clouds of exhalations behind her as she ran.
The cold air, inspiring a heat within her lungs and a healthy blush to grace her cheeks, Aribelle ignored her heart's pleas to cease in such rigorous activities as these. Enjoying one of the few clear days within Fayedon's damp autumn by playing a game with Marten and Mia, Aribelle's mouth stretched into a smile. Just recently released from bed rest, she defied her body's demands to show some moderation in her movements. Slowing only to look back over her shoulder for any signs that she was being followed, Aribelle emitted a short gasp as she was seized by a strong hand.
