This house looked different from the other ones she bought. Back then, Qiao Mei did not even take a closer look because she felt that it was too rundown and dirty. After buying it, she asked the owner to clean out all the trash and now it looked much better.
Qiao Mei and Xia He saw a suspicious looking man sneaking around not far from the main door of the house. He kept loitering around outside and would lean against the door from time to time to try and look inside. His behavior was very strange.
"What's that person doing?" Xia He grabbed Qiao Mei and pointed at the man.
Qiao Mei grabbed Xia He and made a move to turn around, but they were still spotted by that man.
The man shouted at Qiao Mei and Xia He, "Stop! Are you the people who bought this house!"
