There was a long silence and the men began to exchange glances.
Seeing that Zhang Li Xue had appeared, the group of uncles had a guilty look in their eyes.
"We were having a basketball match," Qi Zheng decided to speak. Among everyone who was present, he was the most appropriate to speak. "Bai Qi fell and probably sprained his ankle."
"What?" Zhang Li Xue lowered her gaze to look at Bai Qi's ankle. However, she could not see anything in the dark.
Seeing the worried look on his girlfriend's face made him smile. "I'm fine. It's not that serious."
Zhang Li Xue shot a fierce look at her boyfriend. He needed her uncles to support him as he walked and he still said that it was not that serious.
"Li Xue, let's go in first," Qi Zheng spoke again. "I'll take a look at his injury first."
Zhang Li Xue stepped aside. Then, she followed everyone else back into the house.
