Bai Qi spent almost four hours in the operating theatre. When he came out, he was already exhausted from the operation.
After he cleaned up, Bai Qi walked over to the nurse's station, wanting to check his patient's condition. He spoke briefly with Nurse Tian before turning to look at the record on the computer.
"Nurse Tian, have you seen it?" A nurse walked over to the nurse's station and whispered to Nurse Tian.
Nurse Tian raised her head to look at the young nurse beside her. "Ah Li, what are you talking about?"
"It was all over the news," Ah Li said. "A few hours ago, there was an earthquake in H City. Who knew that the earthquake would be so bad? I heard that a few buildings collapsed. The scene looked quite bad."
Nurse Tian looked at the young nurse in shock. "Really?" She took out her phone, wanting to check on the news as well."
"What are you talking about?"
