When Fang Su Jn came out of the bathroom, she could not help but notice the strange look on her boyfriend's face as he looked at the phone in his hand.
"What's going on?" Fang Su Jin asked as she wiped her hand dry with a towel. "Is everything alright?"
Zhang Yi Hai retracted his gaze from his phone and flashed a smile at his girlfriend. "Nothing. I was just texting my mom to tell her that I have safely arrived."
Fang Su Jin was anxious. "Your mother did not suspect anything, right?"
"Of course, not." Zhang Yi Hai flashed her an assuring smile.
His mother might not suspect anything, but he could not say the same thing about his sister. However, Zhang Yi Hai did not plan to tell his girlfriend anything. He did not want her to panic.
Moreover, his sister was thousands of miles away. Zhang Yi Hai did not think that they should be worried too much.
