Zhang Yi Hai walked slowly until he reached Fang Su Jin's side. His heart softened as he looked at her sleeping face. She must be really tired of her sleeping soundly like this. She did not seem to notice his presence.
After a while, his gaze shifted to the dishes on the table. There were three dishes and one soup, each was his favorite dish. From the look at it, every dish seemed to be prepared by his girlfriend.
In the middle of the table was a small cake.
Zhang Yi Hai stretched his hand to touch the food and found that the dishes has turned cold.
It made him wonder just how long has his girlfriend been waiting for him at home. He recalled their conversation on the phone earlier and realized that Fang Su Jin should have been waiting for him when he called earlier.
She did not tell him that she was coming to Capital City, so he did not know that Fang Su Jin was preparing this surprise.
