Chapter 81 - Honesty

Jamal moved over to Xaloc's back and using one hand he brushed down the unruly soft hair before trying it with a hair band. The packed hair revealed an expanse of Xaloc's neck and Jamal swallowed it. He said a few sentences to cleanse his mind before returning to his seat. At least now, Xaloc's slightly long hair would stop disturbing his reading, as a person with long hair, he understood the pale.

Xaloc's face was ugly. It seems the second rule is a scam. 

This might not be as easy as he thought.

But he was not one to give up quickly. His eyes quietly caught sight of an unfamiliar word in one of the books and his brows furrowed.

It detailed a battle between one of the Tyr and Morpheus in an Aether-forsaken land.

The sentence was a bit puzzling. For every Tyr had power that stretched to the heavens, Morpheus drew strength from the faith of mortals.

Strength from the faith of mortals?
