The newcomer and the doctor seemed to be old friends as they greeted each other. But that should not surprise her since they probably had grown up together with the Prince.
The palace staff immediately accommodated their new guests as if they were familiar with them, only solidifying her assessment. The two quickly joined her at the table and started a conversation.
"I did not know that you were back." Tyler referred to the other guest, who sat comfortably in the other chair.
She kept silent as they talked, not wanting to join in a topic she did not understand, and instead, she chose to select some bread and a few of the choice cuts on the table, ready to fill her tummy that had been rumbling since they set the food on the table.
The aroma of the delicious pastries whiffing in the air was enough for her stomach to demand sustenance. But, of course, she still felt awkward eating while the two were still waiting for their plates.
