Qin Yan felt it as she sat on his lap. She stiffened in his arms and dared not move anymore.
After a while, Xi Ting closed his documents. He then got off work early.
Xi Ting and Qin Yan got into the car. As the car started, Xi Ting asked, "Yan Yan, are you hungry? Do you want to eat anything?"
Qin Yan thought for a while before nodding, "I am indeed hungry but there isn't any particular thing that I want to eat."
She continued, "You too haven't eaten anything since lunch. We will eat as per your choice today."
Xi Ting thought for a while and turned the car into another street, "Then, let's eat sweet and sour spare ribs. Didn't you say you wanted to eat this? I will make it for you. I have time today so I can make it for you."
Qin Yan raised her brows in surprise. "You want to cook for me?"
