Xanthus's POV:
That sudden unfamiliar masculine voice flinched me hard as I quickly turned around, sensing the presence of another human coming closer to us. Undoubtedly, it put me in a state of dilemma as I didn't want to leave his side, but neither did I wish to be discovered by anyone else which might arouse complexities in the royal castle.
Unable to leave his side, I decided to use my supernatural strength in the state of emergency.
I closed my eyes and a dazzling bright red flame of my spiritual alpha power emitted out of my palms. Quickly enough, it helped me to cover myself under the spell of invisibility which would forbid any humans from perceiving my presence around them.
Just when I finished hiding with the spell, I saw another young guy running towards us, holding a disheveled look on his face. Covered in sweat, his reddish-brown wavy hairs were waving with the cold night breeze as he was racing as fast as he could.
