In City A,
Lu San rushed forward to help Rong Yue with her bags as soon as she came out of the arrivals.
"Young Miss," he greeted with a curt nod, and Rong Yue gave him a small smile.
Since he came to settle some matters in City A ahead of her, Qin Yichen just called to inform Lu San about her flight details.
"I didn't inform your mother about your arrival," Lu San told her before starting the car. He wasn't sure whether she wanted to surprise her mom or not.
Rong Yue was also glad that he hadn't slipped and nodded in approval.
"That's fine, I'll like to surprise her when she gets back from the flagship store."
"How is the progress? It should have gotten to the final stages by now?" Rong Yue asked, diverting the topic to work.
Since he left, Lu San had been unreachable, and she wasn't able to ask him what the problem was.
