The door flew open. Instinctively Melody pushed Damian aside and turned to face the door with a flushed face, she saw Ezekiel and Lloyd standing at the entrance with weird expressions on their faces.
Not knowing how to react, she turned back to face Damian. She gave a slight bow and strode out of the office. When she approached the door her feet felt slightly heavy. She paused for a moment and awkwardness enveloped them for a short moment as she looked at them and then she walked past them keeping her eyes on the floor.
Damian stood and watched as she walked out in silence unable to say a word to her. He was mad and infuriated that they were disturbing him and didn't want to speak and make her think wrongly of his anger so he held himself back and let her leave in silence.
After the close closed shut, his expression turned cold as he glared at them. He felt like punishing them for ruining a perfect moment with Melody.
