"But you must have dinner with me," He said capping and dropping the pen. "That is my condition for losing my secretary. For losing you, here." He said resting back on his seat
Melody looked at him and wondered what he had planned in his mind. "Why would you state your condition after signing, what if I refuse?" She asked with raised brows.
"Because I know you won't say no to me. I am wrong?" He asked, smirking.
"Fine, I won't say no," She said and picked up the already-signed file, looked at it, and asked, "You didn't read this, what if I included something else in it?"
"What if you dupe me, is that it?" Damian asked, propping himself forward. Melody nodded without saying more. "You can if you want to, I won't mind." He said and she rolled her eyes at him.
"Since I and no longer an employee here, I will take my stuff and leave. Until we meet again, President Frost." Melody said and stood up to leave.
