When the meeting was over, Clara excused herself to go to the bathroom, but on the way, she ran into Vincent, who suddenly blocked her path.
"Mr. Roger" Clara retreated, surprised by his abrupt entrance, and kept her distance.
Vincent gave Clara a quick glance before grabbing her hand and asking her to release it.
"Please release my hand, Mr. Roger." Clara fought against Vincent's hold, but all he did was drag her to a secluded spot, ignoring all her words.
Watching him drag her to the emergency exit made Clara's heart race inside her chest.
" Mr. Vincent-"
"It is time for us to have a conversation, Clara," Vincent interrupted, before shutting the door.
Clara stumbled on her feet when Vincent let go of her hand, however, the fear inside her heart didn't seem to dissipate as he started taking steps closer to her.
