"What?!" Zoe screamed, the blood draining from her face. Was he kidding her right now? Gabriel hardly took a step forward and she flinched from him. He was not putting that thing on her, she was not a prisoner. Hopefully, the house wasn't soundproof else she's toasted.
"B-boss…" Even Jackson stepped in, uncomfortable with his idea. As someone who had enough female siblings, he couldn't stay still and watch Zoe being treated this way - even though she deserves it a little. If only she had returned the phone and not pawned it, then they wouldn't be in this situation.
